If you could do anything in the world for a job what would it be?
Writing.
If you were given £10 million tomorrow would you still want to do it?

I started writing because it was a release. I have kept diaries on and off throughout the years. Until fairly recently, when I started seriously thinking of moving into a career in writing, the writing came easiest when I was anxious or depressed.

We’re all bananas!

After a few slightly more serious blogs I thought it was a time to lighten things up a notch or two. Something I’m apparently very good at according to my colleagues.
Take the situation on Friday morning. There were interviews, two candidates for a role within my team. When I told people my intention to move to Durham, a city I had visited only three times in my life (as a child, as a drunken student and for my job interview), on more than one occasion I was told that I was brave.
