Getting in the habit

Nope I haven’t become a nun. Even though my decline in blogging frequency may lead you to believe I’m holed up in a convent without access to the internet.

I am getting in the habit of exercising. Something I’ve tried to do before, and was finally succeeding in before the flu to end all influenza. All going swimmingly

Yesterday I returned from the PPRG conference buzzing with ideas for work. Serious ideas, which is why I was awake at 7.30am on a Sunday morning (my only possibility of a lie in this week) jotting them all down before I get into work in Monday morning and get caught up in the day to day. The second was ever so slightly better but I still felt like I was going to collapse by the end of it. I didn’t go religiously but as I went to more classes it …

Not a gym bunny yet

It’s day three of my holiday. Not long after posting ‘The Holiday’ on Saturday I realised that I had forgotten a crucial part of my daily routine…

7. Go Outside
I find it quite easy when I get obsessed with doing something in the flat to forget to leave it at some point during the day. This happens quite frequently at weekends. So this is just to remind me to get outside for at least thirty minutes a day.
Now that’s out of the way I am glad to report things are going …
